PeerMent is an Erasmus+ KA210 VET project designed to strengthen mentoring practices in the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI).
While mentoring is widely used in the sector, many mentors operate without structured preparation, clear frameworks, or defined boundaries. PeerMent addressed this gap by developing a comprehensive mentoring training programme (MENTRA), a practical mentoring guide (MENTGEE), and a digital mentoring platform (MOP).
Through international collaboration, testing, and validation, the project delivered open-access resources that support responsible mentoring, expectation management, autonomy-based development, and sustainable professional growth.
PeerMent contributes to improving the quality and accessibility of mentoring in vocational and non-formal learning environments across Europe.
PeerMent was implemented by a transnational partnership of organisations from Spain, France, and Türkiye, combining expertise in vocational education, mentoring methodology, creative sector training, and digital platform development.
The consortium worked collaboratively to design, test, and validate the project outputs and ensure their integration into ongoing programmes beyond the project period.

A structured, workshop-based mentoring training programme consisting of modular sessions covering mentoring foundations, power dynamics, communication, expectations, boundaries, feedback, and digital mentoring practices.
A complementary handbook providing applied mentoring tools, conversation prompts, real-life scenarios, and reflection frameworks to support mentors in translating training into practice.
A dedicated digital platform designed to support mentor–mentee interaction and long-term accessibility of project results.
MOP integrates matchmaking functionality, scheduling tools, resource sharing, and structured mentoring support, ensuring scalability and sustainability beyond the project period.
A set of structured video learning materials developed to support flexible and self-directed learning. The videos reinforce key mentoring topics and increase accessibility of the PeerMent methodology.
